After having an awful experience with one of the other local florist, being bummed because for 3 days they didn’t deliver, I finally asked for a refund. Although a bit hesitant (I’m in the Chicagoland area temporarily) I decided to search Google and here is where I landed. Happy is an understatement.She loved the arrangement you guys came up with. I was very pleased to hear about how the whole process went down. Get this, same day delivery on a Saturday, their shortest day of the week! They made it happen! From the delivery driver hiding the flowers as he approached the door so she wouldn’t see to offering to get the door for her while she got the stuff inside.
